Acquire: Error calling PrintDlg -9939

When trying to print a report an error message is displayed "Error calling PrintDlg: -9939" and the Acquire crashes. This is caused by sharing printers on an RDC session.

 

Requirements:

Acquire v2.0 or greater

 

To remove printer sharing:

Open Remote Desktop Connection.

Expand 'Options'.

Choose the 'Local Resources' tab.

Unclick the 'Printers' and 'Clipboard' checkboxes.

Click the 'Connect' button.

 

Tip: Save your connection settings in the 'General' tab.
