Acquire must run in Administrator Mode in Windows Vista and possibly in Windows 7.

If you are getting "Are you sure you want to open the structure file in read only mode?" message you need to click 'Cancel' and run Acquire in Administrator mode.

One way to do this is to right click on the Acquire.EXE file and select 'Run as Administrator'.
